Coming into operation

The Department of Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 21, 3(1)2, 3A3, 3B(1)4 and 4(1)5 of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 19676 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
