The statutory provisions specified in column 1 of Part I of Schedule 2 shall be revoked as respects Northern Ireland to the extent specified opposite in column 3 of that Part.

Regulation 29 of the Offshore Installations (Operational Safety, Health and Welfare) Regulations 19767 shall be revoked as respects Northern Ireland.

The statutory provisions specified in Part II of Schedule 2 shall have effect as respects Northern Ireland subject to the modifications specified in that Part.
