Single claimants temporarily in accommodation provided by a Health and Social Services Board
10A. (1) Except where paragraph LOB(4)(1) applies, a single claimant who is temporarily in accommodation referred to in sub-paragraph (a) or(b) (excluding heads (i) and (ii) of those sub-paragraphs) of the definition of "residential accommodation" in regulation 2 l(3) (special cases).
