aiding, abetting, counselling, procuring or inciting the commission of an offence specified in this Part of this Schedule
b
conspiring to commit an offence so specified, or
c
attempting to commit an offence so specified.

An offence under Part 2 of the Serious Crime Act 2007 (c. 27) (encouraging or assisting crime) in relation to an offence specified in this Part of this Schedule.
