2.—(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
(2) In this Order—
“the Department” means the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development;
“the 1952 Act” means the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952 (c. 5);
“statutory provision” has the same meaning as in the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.
