The Order also authorises the use for the public service of certain resources for those years and revises the limits on the use of accruing resources in the year ending 31st March 2007. 81For the purposes of section 6(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (c. 6), this Article authorises the use of resources in the year ending 31st March 2008.2The use of resources by—athe Northern Ireland departments;bthe Northern Ireland Assembly;cthe Northern Ireland Audit Office;dthe Assembly Ombudsman for Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints;ethe Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation; andfthe Food Standards Agency,in that year is authorised to the amount of £6,216,507,000.3In that year, resources may be used by a Northern Ireland department or a body or person mentioned in paragraph (2) for the purposes specified in relation to that department, body or person in column 1 of Schedule 4 up to the amounts specified in the corresponding entries in column 2 of that Schedule.4In this Article “resources” does not include accruing resources within the meaning of section 8(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (c. 6).Order repealed (28.6.2010) by Budget (No. 3) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (c. 11), s. 6, Sch. 4Art. 8 referred to (12.3.2008) by Budget Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (c. 3), s. 2(4)
