Article 89 of PACE (orders and regulations) is amended as follows.

After “Article 29(4)” insert “ or 46A ”.

In Article 2 of PACE (interpretation) in paragraph (3) for “paragraph (4)” substitute “ paragraphs (4) and (4A) ”.

The statutory provisions set out in column 1 of Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent specified in column 2 of that Schedule.
