21.—(1) A water undertaker or sewerage undertaker shall be deemed to be a public authority for the purposes of Articles 19(5) and 30(5).N.I.
(2) In Article 20(6), in the definition of “relevant body”, at the end add—
“(g)a water undertaker or a sewerage undertaker”.
