Seal
9.—(1) The application of the seal of the Board shall be authenticated by the signatures of any two of the persons mentioned in sub-paragraph (2).
(2) The persons referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are–
(a)the chairman;
(b)the Chief Fire and Rescue Officer;
(c)any other person who has been authorised by the Board (whether generally or specially) to act for that purpose.
