Admission to meetings, general provisions
12. Sections 23 to 27, 31, 48, 123, 126 and 127 of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (c. 9) shall apply to the Board and its members (and in the case of section 31 of that Act also to its employees) as if in those sections–
(a)any reference to a council were a reference to the Board; or
(b)any reference to a councillor or officer of the council were a reference to a member of the Board (and in the case of section 31, were a reference to a member or employee of the Board).
