PART IAMENDMENTS RELATING TO AUDITORS
Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (NI 5)
1. The 1990 Order has effect subject to the following amendments.
2. In Article 33(5), for “Parts I and II” substitute “Parts I, II and III”.
3. In Articles 42(1)(a) and 49(3)(c), for “established” substitute “designated”.
