Amend Schedule 2 to the 1997 Order (experimental traffic schemes) as follows.

In paragraph 4—
a
in sub-paragraph (1) for “area in which any road to which the scheme relates is situated” substitute “district where the scheme applies”;
b
in sub-paragraph (2)—
i
in head (c), after the word “road” insert “or area”;
ii
in head (d), omit “in that area”.

In paragraph 7(1)(b)(ii), for “area in which any road to which the scheme relates is situated” substitute “district where the scheme applies”.

In paragraph 9, for “area in which any road to which the scheme relates is situated” substitute “district where the scheme applies”.
