In section 35(4A) of the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1945 (powers of Crown Court or county courts in relation to fines and forfeited recognizances) for the words from “Article 22” to the end substitute “Article 104 of, or paragraph 13 of Schedule B1 to, the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (winding up or administration)”.
