This Order amends the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002. It empowers the High Court to disqualify a person for being a company director if a company of which he is a director commits a breach of competition law and the Court considers that his conduct as a director makes him unfit to be concerned in the management of a company.
