PART V N.I. SUPPLEMENTARY

Orders N.I.

34.—(1) Any order made by the Secretary of State under this Order may contain—

(a) any supplementary, incidental or consequential provision; and

(b) any transitory, transitional or saving provision,

which the Secretary of State considers necessary or expedient.

(2) An order containing provision made under—

(a) Article 21(10); or

(b) Article 36(1),

shall be subject to [F1 negative resolution].
