Extension of powers to stop and search

3.  In Article 3(8) of the 1989 Order (offences for purpose of definition of prohibited article), at the end of sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“; and

(f) offences under Article 3 of the Criminal Damage (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (NI 4) (destroying or damaging property).”.
