Improvement notices39.

(1)

The F1RQIA may serve a notice (an “improvement notice”) on a person registered under Part III or on F2an F3HSC trust or special agency if the Authority believes that that person, F4... trust or agency is failing to comply with any statement of minimum standards under Article 38.

(2)

An improvement notice shall specify—

(a)

in what respect there is a failure to comply with a statement of minimum standards under Article 38; and

(b)

what improvements the F1RQIA considers necessary.
