Duty of quality34.
(1)
F1... Each F2HSC trust shall put and keep in place arrangements for the purpose of monitoring and improving the quality of—
(a)
the health and F3social care which it provides to individuals; and
(b)
the environment in which it provides F4that care .
(2)
The Department may by regulations extend the duty in this Article to any special agency specified in the regulations.
