This Order may be cited as the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003.

This Part shall come into operation on the expiration of one month from the day on which this Order is made.

The remaining provisions of this Order shall come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
