In paragraph (3) of Article 122 of the principal Order (powers of entry) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there is substituted

“—0

(a)

on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;

(b)

on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or a fine, or both.” .
