List of persons unsuitable to work with vulnerable adults
Duty of Department to keep list35.
(1)
The Department shall keep a list of individuals who are considered unsuitable to work with vulnerable adults.
(2)
An individual shall not be included in the list except in accordance with this Part.
(3)
The Department may at any time remove an individual from the list if it is satisfied that the individual should not have been included in it.
