8.—(1) A development corporation may establish committees.N.I.
(2) A person who is not a member of the corporation shall not, except with the approval of the [F1responsible department], be appointed to a committee of the corporation.
(3) A development corporation may pay to members of its committees who are neither members nor employees of the corporation such remuneration and allowances as the corporation may, with the approval of the [F1responsible department], determine.
