An order under this Part may contain such incidental, consequential, supplementary and transitional provisions as the F1responsible department thinks necessary or expedient, including provisions amending or repealing any statutory provision (including this Order).

Paragraph (1) and the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (NI 12) do not apply to orders under Article 20(1) or (4) or 21(4) or paragraph 1 or 3 of Schedule 2 (orders vesting land, etc.).
