Whereas this Order is made only for purposes corresponding to those of Chapter 2 of Part 3 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (c. 32):

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1) (as modified by section 92 of the said Act of 2003) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–
