Regulations and orders under this Order may contain such incidental, supplementary, consequential or transitional provisions as the Department considers necessary or expedient.

No order may be made under Part IV unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Assembly.

No regulations or order may be made under Article 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22 unless a draft has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Assembly.

Regulations under any other provision of this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.

Schedule 5 (which makes consequential amendments) shall have effect.

The statutory provisions mentioned in the first column of Schedule 6 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.
