Appeals under Article 33
5.—(1) Article 33(1)(a) does not apply to a refusal of a consent under Article 25(1) or (2) of the 1985 Order.
(2) Article 33(1)(b) does not apply to a consent taking effect as mentioned in paragraph 3(1)(b).
