Amendment to the Shops (Sunday Trading &c.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 N.I.

18.  In paragraph 10(11) of Schedule 2 to the [1997 NI 20.] Shops (Sunday Trading &c.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997—

(a) after “employee” there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, worker”, and

(b) for “70 or 70A” there shall be substituted “70, 70A or 70B”.
