Gaming machines in registered clubs
6. For Article 106(2) of the [1985 NI 11.] Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (maximum number of gaming machines permitted in registered clubs) there shall be substituted—
“(2) Not more than 3 gaming machines (or such other number as the Department may specify, by order subject to affirmative resolution) shall be made available for gaming on those premises.”.
