SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS

The Civil Evidence Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 (c. 36 (N.I.))

1.  In section 14 for subsection (3) substitute—

“(3) In this Act “statutory provision” has the meaning assigned to it by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.”.
