NORTHERN IRELAND

This Order repeals and re-enacts with amendments the Business Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 1964. The Order gives effect to recommendations of the Law Reform Advisory Committee for Northern Ireland (Report No. 1 on Business Tenancies, LRAC No. 2, 1994).
