Any form of notice or other document required by this Order to be prescribed shall be prescribed by regulations made by the Department of Finance and Personnel subject to negative resolution.

Where the form of a notice is to be prescribed for any of the purposes of this Order, that form may include such explanation of the relevant provisions of this Order as appears to the Department of Finance and Personnel requisite for informing any persons of their rights and obligations under those provisions.

Where, in any particular case, objection is taken to the sufficiency of any form of notice under this Order, the Lands Tribunal may give such directions in the matter as it thinks fit.
