In Article 13(1)(c) of the principal Order (effect of alteration in valuation list) for the words from “have effect” to “and after” in the second place where they occur there shall be substituted “be deemed to have had effect on and after the date on which the new or altered hereditament came into occupation or, as the case requires,”.
