57. Rules made under Article 2(2), 17, 26(5) or 56(3) and orders made under Article 4(4), 10(8)), 13(10), 38(4) or 54(3)(c) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament in like manner as a statutory instrument and section 5 of the [1946 c. 36.] Statutory Instruments Act 1946 shall apply accordingly.
