Conduct of hearings8.

(1)

A person Procedure may appear before an industrial tribunal in person or be represented by—

(a)

counsel or a solicitor,

(b)

a representative of a trade union or an employers' association, or

(c)

any other person whom he desires to represent him.

(2)

Part I of the M1 Arbitration Act 1996 does not apply to any proceedings before an industrial tribunal.
