[F1 Appeal against refusal of consent under Article 94 N.I.

94A.— (1) An appeal against a decision of the [F2 RQIA] under Article 94 shall lie to the Care Tribunal.

(2) On an appeal the Care Tribunal may confirm the decision of the [F2 RQIA] or direct it to give the consent in question.]
