(a)in subsection (1), omit from “, unless” to the end,
(b)in subsection (3), omit from “if” to the end,
(c)in subsection (4), for the words from the beginning to “direct,” substitute “Regulations made by virtue of subsection (2) may”, and
(d)omit subsection (7).
