24. In section 19 (securing of benefits)—
(a)omit subsections (1) and (5),
(b)in subsection (4), for “(1) to (3)” substitute “(2) and (3)”;
and subsection (2) and (3) of that section do not apply where the winding up is begun on or after the principal appointed day.
