In section 14A(2) of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 (modifications of that Act in relation to personal pensions), in the definition of “personal pension scheme” after “Act 1993” insert “or (in the case of judicial office held in Northern Ireland), in accordance with section 3 of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993”.
