37.  In section 178 (sub-delegatioN), in subsection (3)—

(a) for “, 93(1), 100(8) and 140(5)” substitute “and 93(1)”,

(b) omit from “or, in the case of” to “determined”, and

(c) omit the words following paragraph (b).
