SCHEDULE 2 N.I. Streets With Special Engineering Difficulties

Requirement of plan and section N.I.

6.  If an undertaker— N.I.

(a) executes any works in contravention of paragraph 2, or

(b) fails to furnish a plan and section in accordance with paragraph 3,

he commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [F1 level 5] on the standard scale.
