Anonymity in rape, etc., cases N.I.

18.—(1) The Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 1978F1 shall be amended as follows.

• Para. (2) rep. by 2003 NI 13

• Para. (3) rep. by 1999 c.23

(4) Article 8 (anonymity of defendants in rape, etc., cases) shall cease to have effect.
