14.—(1) Nothing in Part II prejudices the Wills Act 1963(1) (conflict of laws relating to the form of testamentary dispositions) or sections 27 and 28 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Administration of Justice Act 1982(2) (international wills).
(2) A will executed in accordance with the statutory provisions mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) is, for the purposes of Article 6, as valid as a will executed in accordance with Article 5.
