Section 4 of the Pig Production Development Act (Northern Ireland) 19646 (contribution payable on sale of pigs to the Pigs Marketing Board) shall cease to have effect.

In section 2(2) of that Act (recommendations as to amount of levy under section 4), for the words “section 4” there shall be substituted the words “section 5”.

In section 12 of that Act (interpretation), in the definition of “the Board” for the words “has the meaning assigned to it by section 4(1)” there shall be substituted the words “means the Pigs Marketing Board”.
