51. The statutory provisions specified in Schedule 1 shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified and the other statutory provisions referred to there shall have effect subject to the modifications there specified.
52. Subject to the provision at the end of Schedule 2, the statutory provisions specified in columns 1 and 2 of that Schedule are repealed to the extent specified in column 3.
