3. In Article 63 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(1) (which imposes a duty on Health and Social Services Boards to arrange for the provision of drugs and medicines etc. ordered by medical practitioners and dental practitioners), in paragraph (1)—
(a)in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) the word “and” at the end of each sub-paragraph shall be omitted; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(bb)listed drugs and medicines and listed appliances which are ordered for those persons by a prescribed description of registered nurse, midwife or health visitor in pursuance of such functions; and”.
