Clause 24 of the model clauses set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975(1) (Schedule 4 to the Petroleum (Production) Regulations 1966(2) as amended).
Clause 24 of the model clauses set out in Part II of Schedule 3 to that Act (Schedule 3 to those regulations as amended).

The clause entitled “Health and safety of workers and employees” in the model clauses set out in Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum (Production) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(3).
