This Order consolidates the Licensing Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 and other related enactments.NOTES: (1) The following abbreviations are used in this Table—This Table does not acknowledge the Departments (Transfer of Functions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1973 (S.R. & O. (N.I.) 1973 No. 504) which transferred the functions under the Licensing Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 of the Ministry of Home Affairs to the Department of Finance or the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 (NI 6) which transferred those functions of the Department of Finance to the Department of Health and Social Services.
