In Chapter VI of Part VI of the Companies Order (financial assistance by company for purchase of its own shares), in Article 163 (transactions not prohibited), for paragraph (4)(b) (provision of money in accordance with employees' share scheme) substitute—
b
the provision by a company, in good faith in the interests of the company, of financial assistance for the purposes of an employees' share scheme,
