Regulations under this Part may contain such incidental, transitional and other supplementary provisions as appear to the Department, or as the case may be, to the Secretary of State to be necessary or expedient.

Regulations made by the Department under this Part shall be subject to negative resolution.

Regulations made by the Secretary of State under this Part shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament in like manner as a statutory instrument and section 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946F1 shall apply accordingly.
