Repeal of certain statutory provisions relating to declarations
38. The following statutory provisions shall cease to have effect, namely—
(a)the Legitimacy Declaration Act (Ireland) 1868(1) (declarations as to legitimacy and validity of marriage); and
(b)section 2 of the Legitimacy Act (Northern Ireland) 1928(2) (declarations as to legitimation).
